One of the most crucial decisions that most online businesses have to make is choosing the best web hosting service. With a popular or well known and reliable Internet Service Provider (ISP) you won’t face many problems, however with a poor web hosting service provider it can be a nightmare.

Well, there are many cheap webhosting services out there that are better than the expensive ones. I myself only pay around $3.67.month for fatcow hosting which I got from a special promo link at googlefact.com . I get A+ support and basically Unlimited Everything. I really am satisfied and even though I’m really picky. I hope it helps you. Thank You and God Bless!
It seems that the most popular web hosting providers are ultimately resellers of the same, big collocation hosting company anyway, so it really comes down to customer support.
I ultimately chose HostMonster there and currently have 5 websites and 9 domains on my one account. I’ve had that account for 3 years without problem.
I would say to avoid the hosts who claim unlimited space and bandwidth, but really, my favorite hosting companies have gone with the "unlimited" claims to stay competitive.
what type of hosting plan u plan to use? if dedicated hosting, better go for big company and the one which has been an ages in the industry. for me, i recommend u hostgator, bluehost, godaddy, 1&1, netfirms, or justhost. they got lots of user around the world. theres tons of website that provide hosting review from users and webmaster itself.
for shared hosting, i thnk good webhosting service should have good support and less downtime. try to go for review that shows details about support and less trouble. for me, space and bandwidth is the second thing because if u got downtime, u cant do anything except for contact their support and ask them to fix it. so whats is the purpose of huge space and unlimited bandwidth if u can do anythg with it.
try to avoid hosting that got lots of complaint about poor support and frequent downtime, otherwise u will find that u will be the one who post the review on that website.
i just found this website below. its different from others whr they pulled tweets about hosting from twitter. so all the review and comments is independent and honest point of view.
just my thought, hopefully its helpful. gudluck

I would really recommend http://www.000webhost.com/173462.html
1500 MB disk space
100 GB data transfer
PHP and MySQL
Website Builder
no advertising
Never had any problems at all, they will help you with servers etc. control panel is easy to use.
I pay £10 a year for the domain name, so that is the yearly cost of my site. Free hosting rocks
Hope that helps
You should go for a LAMP hosting (Linux/unix, Apache, Mysql, Php).
Among the reasons:
- Unix is more efficient and faster than any other similar hardware.
- The LAMP combination uses opens source software, for which no licence is to be paid (by opposition, Window servers will require Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP, all products of microsoft for which fees have to be paid).
- LAMP offers Php: one of the most powerful server-side language, and (nearly) free of bugs. Windows requires ASP, a server-side from MS that has bugs that have never been corrected, and very restricted in functionality.
- LAMP offers mySQL, one of the most powerful database o9n the market.
